Who we are
Livaro Spaces is a furniture studio at Elite Hub 6, Masoud Bin Saad Street, Al-Rawnaq, Amman 11185, Jordan. We decide how the personal data described here is used.
What we collect and why
When you send the enquiry form. Your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Our host, Cloudflare, passes your message to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our own inbox; no other service receives it. Before it is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it; the check loads only when you start filling in the form.
When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email. What you choose to share, used to answer you.
When you visit the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and sends usage data to Google. If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Maps on the Contact page. The map on the Contact page comes from Google Maps and loads with that page. Google may set its own cookies when it does. No other page loads Google Maps.
Cookies and your choice
This site sets no cookies of its own. Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal data and we don’t use it for advertising. We don’t publish client names, homes or photos.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up on any project that results.
Your rights
Under Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 24 of 2023) you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email info@livaro-spaces.com and we will reply within 1 working day.
